Produkty są przeznaczone do pracy w ekstremalnych warunkach. Mają wzmocnioną obudowę (chroniącą układ wewnętrzny przed kurzem, wodą, uderzeniami, wysokimi temperaturami) i baterię zapewniającą długi czas aktywnego użytkowania. Urządzenia są objęte 3-letnią gwarancją.

Przykładem jest model XP3 Quest. Spełnia normy wytrzymałościowe MIL-810F STD. Jest pyło- i wodoodporney, zapewnia czas rozmów do 18 godz. (czuwania – 1500 godz.). Ma głośnik 11 dB, aparat fotograficzny 2 mpix, moduł Bluetooth 2.0, nadajnik A-GPS, radio FM, przeglądarkę internetową Opera Mini, latarkę.
