Zanosi się na słabą sprzedaż notebooków
Mimo zbliżającej się premiery Windows 10, producenci notebooków zmniejszyli zamówienia na nowy sprzęt w II poł. 2015 r. Oznacza to, że spodziewają się gorszej sprzedaży niż w ub.r.
Według szacunku Digitimes dostawy notebooków na światowy rynek spadną w 2015 r. do 160 mln szt. (o 5 proc.). Niektórzy prognozują nawet 150 mln szt. Niezbyt optymistyczne przewidywania oparto na informacjach z azjatyckich montowni sprzętu – otóż po słabej I poł. br. vendorzy ograniczyli zamówienia na nowe laptopy. Choć zbliża się premiera Windows 10, niektórzy nie spodziewają się ożywienia na rynku PC z tego powodu, ze względu na możliwość darmowej aktualizacji Windows 7 i 8.1 do „Dziesiątki”. Zdaniem Digitimes redukcja zamówień może mieć poważny wpływ na wyniki całej branży związanej z notebookami w II poł. br.
