Były Vobis bez rady nadzorczej
Włodzimierz Paszt, Tomasz Dutkiewicz i Tomasz Kordas nie są już członkami rady nadzorczej Mobitu. Na razie nikt ich nie zastąpił.
Spółka nie ujawniła przyczyny tej zmiany. Z informacji,
które udało nam się uzyskać wynika, że Mobit działa teraz bez organu nadzoru.
Nowych członków rady nadzorczej miało wybrać nadzwyczajne walne zgromadzenie
akcjonariuszy, zwołane w końcu marca. Obrady zostały jednak przerwane. Dotąd ich nie wznowiono.
Włodzimierz Paszt to jedna z głównych postaci Vobisu. Obecnie
jest udziałowcem Mobitu. Do grudnia 2011 r. obok Dariusza Pietraszkiewicza był
udziałowcem Vobis Digital (tj. do czasu przejęcia firmy przez cypryjską spółkę
Cavok). Do rady nadzorczej Vobis S.A. wszedł w sierpniu 2011 r.
Tomasz Kordas dołączył do rady nadzorczej Mobitu w
lutym br., przy okazji zmian związanych z podziałem majątku Vobis S.A. między
jego następcę prawnego – Mobit oraz spółkę z o.o. Vobis Digital, przy której pozostał
sklep internetowy sieci oraz ponad 30 salonów. Swego czasu menedżer był
wiceprezesem Vobis S.A. (do 2008 r.).
