A+C Systems: MUI ułatwi życie administratorom IT
We wrześniu system statlook A+C Systems zostanie wzbogacony o Mobile Uplook Inventory (MUI), czyli aplikację mobilną do inwentaryzacji i zarządzania zasobami IT. Według dostawcy skraca ona czas realizacji zadań serwisowych o połowę.
Dzięki MUI można zdalnie sprawdzić dane sprzętu komputerowego oraz historię zdarzeń z nim związanych. Otóż telefon z aplikacją Mobile Uplook Inventory odczytuje kod kreskowy sprzętu, np. uszkodzonego komputera stacjonarnego, laptopa czy drukarki. Program łączy się z bazą danych, przekazując informację o konfiguracji urządzenia, użytkowniku oraz historii napraw. Na podstawie uzyskanej wiedzy administrator może podjąć odpowiednie działania np. dotyczące naprawy, bez potrzeby osobistego sprawdzania sprzętu. Może odnotować przesłane informacje online w bazie zgłoszeń serwisowych i przydzielić zadanie właściwej osobie.
Według A+C Systems zastosowanie mobilnej aplikacji Mobile Uplook Inventory skraca czas realizacji zgłoszeń serwisowych o połowę.
Aplikacja MUI – Mobile Uplook Inventory zostanie wydana we wrześniu 2014 r. Początkowo będzie dostępna na platformy Windows Phone oraz Android. Administratorzy i menedżerowie IT, którzy chcą wypróbować MUI, powinni kontaktować się z Działem Wsparcia Technicznego A+C Systems.
