ABC Data: kolejne 20 mln dol. gwarancji dla iSource’a
ABC Data zwiększyła gwarancję za zobowiązania handlowe dla swojej spółki zależnej iSource wobec Apple’a.
Tym samym ABC Data powiększyła gwarancję udzieloną iSource’owi w kwietniu br. za zobowiązania handlowe w stosunku do Apple Distribution International. Wówczas jej wysokość określono na 20 mln dol. Łączna kwota udzielonej gwarancji korporacyjnej wynosi więc obecnie 40 mln dol., czyli 153,312 mln zł w przeliczeniu po średnim kursie NBP z dnia udzielenia gwarancji , tj. 26 sierpnia.
Gwarancja w tej wysokości obowiązuje do 30 kwietnia 2017 r. Potem zostanie zmniejszona do kwoty 30 mln dol.
Gwarancja ABC Daty za zobowiązania wobec Apple’a umożliwia iSource’owi zwiększenie sprzedaży sprzętu tej marki.

Dokładnie 20 lat temu napisałem artykuł zatytułowany „Sprzedaż beznamiętna”, w którym opisałem ówczesny rynek systemów do dystrybucji on-line. Królem naszej polskiej „wioski” był wtedy, a jakże, InterLink. Fenomen tego systemu polegał jednak na tym, że był także królem znacznie większej wioski - tej globalnej.

Also Polska ostatecznie połączyło się ze spółką, która jest następcą ABC Daty.
