Wilk ulepszył swoją fabrykę
Wilk Elektronik rozbudował linię produkcyjną swojej fabryki w Łaziskach o maszyny do montażu powierzchniowego marki Panasonic. Według polskiej firmy znacznie wzrośnie wydajność zakładu.
Producent pamięci określa koszt inwestycji na 1 mln euro. W fabryce stanęły maszyny z serii Panasonic NPM-D2. Są to pierwsze tego typu urządzenia zainstalowane przez tę japońską firmę w Europie. Nowa linia umożliwia montaż wszystkich dostępnych komponentów, daje także możliwość rozbudowy parku maszynowego.
Nowy sprzęt ma poprawić wydajność zakładu. Według prezesa firmy, Wiesława Wilka, w przypadku produkcji RAM typu top/bottom wydajność wzrośnie ponad 2,5-krotnie, a etap montażu elementów aktywnych i pasywnych zajmie ponad 3 razy mniej czasu.
