Producent wprowadzi na rynek specjalną edycję notebooka, inspirowanego kultowym filmem.
Notebook Star Wars Special Edition ma 15,6-calowy ekran Full HD z opcjonalnym panelem dotykowym. Do wyboru są wersje z sześcioma procesorami Intel Core i5 oraz i7 szóstej generacji. Notebook jest wyposażony w RAM do 12 GB i dysk twardy o pojemności do 2 TB. Są konfiguracje z wbudowaną grafiką Intel HD Graphics 520 lub kartą Nvidia GeForce 940M. Według producenta maszyna działa do 7 godzin na zasilaniu bateryjnym.
Design laptopa jest związany z Gwiezdnymi wojnami. Stworzono specjalne wygaszacze ekranu, tła pulpitu i dźwięki. Płytę klawiatury ozdabiają postacie z filmu. Touchpad wzorowany jest na systemie celowniczym kosmicznych myśliwców X-Wing, a podświetlana na czerwono klawiatura uzupełnia wzornictwo nawiązujące do Ciemnej Strony Mocy.
Użytkownicy będą mieli również dostęp do ponad 1100 obrazów z 40 lat historii Gwiezdnych wojen. Standardowe dźwięki powiadomień Windows można zastąpić odgłosami z filmu. Są też tapety oparte na filmowych kadrach.
Notebook HP Star Wars Special Edition będzie dostępny w Polsce od listopada w cenie od 3699 zł brutto.
W październiku pojawi się także specjalny futerał do notebooka w cenie 159 zł brutto.
