Fiskus zablokuje konto w razie podejrzenia

W razie podejrzenia, że firma nie uregulowała VAT na sumę większą niż 92,5 tys. zł, skarbówka będzie mogła zablokować jej konta. Zyska także prawo do kontroli korespondencji handlowej.

Kwota nadużyć, która uprawnia organy skarbowe do blokady kont bankowych podatnika, to co najmniej 50-krotność najniższego wynagrodzenia (obecnie ok. 92,5 tys. zł). Do blokady wystarczy podejrzenie, iż przedsiębiorca oszukuje na podatkach. Obecnie organy skarbowe w podobnej sytuacji mogą zająć majątek podatnika na poczet nieuregulowanej należności.

Nowe uprawnienia fiskus otrzyma w związku z reformą administracji podatkowej – według projektu ustawy. W miejsce administracji podatkowej, celnej i skarbowej powstanie jedna Krajowa Administracja Skarbowa. Zreformowana skarbówka będzie mogła np. sprawdzać korespondencję handlową firm.

Zmiany mają ułatwić organom skarbowym zwalczanie nadużyć i zwiększyć wpływy z podatków do budżetu.
