Samsung: aluminiowe notebooki z SSD
Nowe laptopy z serii 9 Samsunga przypominają ultrabooki - są cieńkie i lekkie, mają aluminiowe obudowy i napędy flash.
Nowe urządzenia są dostępne w dwóch rozmiarach: 13,3 cale (model 900X3C) i 15 cali (900X4C). W obu zamontowano procesory Intel Core i5 albo i7 drugiej generacji (Sandy Bridge), 4 GB RAM-u i napędy SSD o pojemności 126 albo 256 GB. Komputery wyposażono w matryce SuperBright Plus o rozdzielczości HD+ (1600 x 900 pikseli) i jasności 400 cd/m kw. Kąty widzenia wynoszą 160 st. Po złożeniu mniejszy laptop ma 12,9 mm grubości, a większy – 14,9 mm. W aluminiowej obudowie zamontowano szeroki na 10 cm ClickPad. Klawiatura jest podświetlana. Zainstalowany system to Windows 7 Home Premium.
Według producenta notebooki uruchamiają się w 10 sek., a wyjście ze stanu wstrzymania zajmuje 1,4 sek.
Producent na początek wprowadził nowe urządzenia do sprzedaży w sieciach detalicznych, w późniejszym terminie powinny pojawić się w dystrybucji.
