Panasonic: karty pamięci SDHC o przepustowości 60 MB/s
Producent poszerzył asortyment o karty SDHC UHS-I o pojemności 8 GB i 16 GB, które cechuje prędkość transmisji danych do 60 MB/s.
Napędy wyprodukowano w standardzie UHS-I (zdefiniowanym przez SD Association jako część specyfikacji kart SD w wersji 3.01), który zapewnia przepustowość do 104 MB/s. Obie karty charakteryzują się prędkością transmisji do 60 MB/s, po podłączeniu do interfejsu UHS-I (tryb SDR104).
Napędy RP-SDY08G i RP-SDY16G wyposażono w układ Super Intelligent Controller (SICS) do ochrony danych. Funkcja Power Failure Protection automatycznie odzyskuje zapisane pliki w razie nagłego zaniku zasilania. Opcja odświeżania według producenta zapewnia ponad dziesięciokrotnie dłuższy okres archiwizacji. Układ SICS automatycznie eliminuje nagromadzone błędy, przedłużając żywotność, a funkcja Smart Data Writing równomiernie zapisuje dane, aby zapobiec wielokrotnemu nadpisywaniu tego samego obszaru.
