Podatek od handlu od sierpnia
Podatek obrotowy od sprzedaży detalicznej może wejść w życie najwcześniej w sierpniu - według nowej wersji projektu ustawy.
Początkowo jako datę wejścia w życie przepisów projekt przewidywał 1 lipca. Termin 1 sierpnia również nie jest pewny, bo prace legislacyjne mogą się przedłużyć. Zakładając jego dotrzymanie, w br. przewidywane wpływy z podatku obrotowego od sprzedaży detalicznej mają wynieść 630 mln zł brutto (511 mln zł netto). W ub.r. rząd przewidywał 2 mld zł.
Projekt ministerstwa finansów przewiduje dwa progi podatku: 0,8 proc. od obrotu od 17 mln zł do 170 mln zł miesięcznie oraz 1,4 proc. od obrotu powyżej 170 mln zł. Kwota do 17 mln zł jest zwolniona z podatku. Po przyjęciu przez radę ministrów projekt zostanie przesłany do Komisji Europejskiej. W ocenie Polskiej Organizacji Handlu i Dystrybucji proponowane przepisy są sprzeczne z regulacjami UE, ponieważ dyskryminują część przedsiębiorców (danina obciąży największe firmy). Według resortu finansów ministerstwo już odpowiada na pytania z Brukseli w sprawie projektu.
