HP Inc. przekaże 1500 swoich klientów partnerom
HP Inc. ma zamiar oddać 30 proc. swoich kluczowych klientów kanałowi partnerskiemu, coraz bardziej ograniczając sprzedaż bezpośrednią w czasach zdominowanych przez usługi.
Operacja dotyczy blisko 1500 dużych klientów i ma ona na celu z jednej strony zmaksymalizowania sprzedaży, z drugiej redukcję kosztów operacyjnych koncernu. HP Inc. liczy na to, że partnerzy będą sprzedawać więcej produktów i usług tej firmy.
'Wcześniej zajmowałem się kanałem partnerskimi i jestem przekonany, że to najbardziej efektywna dla nas forma działania na rynku” – stwierdził Dion Weisler, szef HP Inc. „Z mojej punktu widzenia partnerzy lepiej od nas obsłużą tych klientów, dokładając swoją wartość dodaną”. Zdaniem CEO HP Inc. znaczenie kanału w przypadku przekazywanych klientów rośnie, bo o kształcie oferty HP Inc. coraz bardziej decyduje model „device-as-a-service, integrujący sprzęt, usługi i finanse.
Już obecnie 85 proc. rocznej HP Inc. sprzedaży o wartości 55 mld USD pochodzi z kanału partnerskiego. Koncern coraz bardziej liczy na partnerów, bo zaprezentowane właśnie wyniki finansowe są kiepskie.
