Sąd nie chce aresztować właściciela Mcompa
Katowicka prokuratura zarzuca Michałowi Wiórkowi, właścicielowi firmy Mcomp, wyłudzenie 11 mln zł podatku VAT. Domaga się aresztowania biznesmena - poinformował Puls Biznesu.
Sąd odrzucił wniosek prokuratury o aresztowanie Michała Wiórka. Uzasadniając decyzję sędzia stwierdziła, że jedynym dowodem obciążającym Michała Wiórka są zeznania Adriana T., prezesa spółki Tohema. Wskutek zażalenia złożonego przez prokuraturę sprawa aresztowania szefa Mcompa ponownie stanie na wokandzie 20 marca.
Mcomp to tyskie przedsiębiorstwo, które handluje sprzętem komputerowym, AGD. Według danych PB w 2011 r. firma osiągnęła 191,4 mln zł obrotu wobec 56,9 mln zł w 2010 r.
