Chmura Microsoftu w firmach hostingowych
Powstało Cloud OS Network - zrzeszenie ponad 25 podmiotów oferujących usługi w środowisku chmurowym Microsoftu, które obejmuje Windows Server z wirtualizatorem Hyper-V, System Center i Windows Azure Pack.
Cloud OS Network ma zapewnić większy wybór rozwiązań hybrydowych w środowisku Microsoft Cloud Platform, działających w centrum danych klienta, w Windows Azure lub za pośrednictwem sieci hosterów.
Windows Azure Pack pozwala hosterom tworzyć własne środowiska w pełni zgodne z chmurą publiczną Microsoft Azure. W ramach Cloud OS Network dostawcy mogą według zapewnień koncernu szybciej i taniej tworzyć nowe usługi dla klientów.
– Dzięki sieci hosterów nasi klienci będą mogli tworzyć centra danych bez ograniczeń na potrzeby aplikacji, danych i zarządzania urządzeniami – twierdzi Takeshi Numoto, wiceprezes Microsoft, Cloud & Enterprise Marketing.
