Rewolucja w podatkach: jedna danina zamiast PIT, ZUS i NFZ
Nad radykalnymi zmianami w podatkach, które mają uprościć system, rozpocznie pracę rząd.
O planach rewolucji fiskusa premier Beata Szydło mówiła w 'Dzienniku Gazecie Prawnej’. Według aktualnych propozycji PIT oraz składki ZUS i NFZ zostałyby zastąpione jednolitym podatkiem. Kwota wolna zostałaby zlikwidowana. Superpodatek ma objąć także pracujących na tzw. umowach śmieciowych.
Zaletą zmian ma być uproszczenie poboru podatku i ściślejsza kontrola. Wpłaty daniny nadzorowałaby nie tylko administracja skarbowa, lecz także ZUS i NFZ. Rewolucja ma objąć także strukturę wydatków pieniędzy uzyskanych z podatków. Obecnie np. środki z PIT muszą iść na określone cele, po wdrożeniu zmian możliwości byłoby znacznie więcej. Problemem jest finansowanie emerytur i składek zdrowotnych – konieczne byłoby rozwiązanie, gwarantujące wystarczające wpływy do odpowiednich funduszy z jednolitego podatku lub z innych źródeł.
