Producent sprzętu budowlanego wypuścił na rynek kolejny telefon rugged. Cat B15 to 4-calowy smartfon, odporny na wstrząsy, upadek i zalanie.
Urządzenie wyposażono w wyświetlacz o rozdzielczości WVGA (480 x 800 pikseli), dwurdzeniowy procesor (1 GHz), 512 MB RAM-u i 4 GB pamięci, którą można powiększyć kartą flash o 32 GB. Główny aparat cechuje rozdzielczość 5 Mpix. Cat B15 to model Dual SIM.
Obudowę smartfona wykonano z anodyzowanego aluminium, skraje są chronione gumą. Wyświetlacz został pokryty szkłem Corning Gorilla. Cat B15 ma certyfikat IP67, co oznacza, że jest odporny na pył i wodoszczelny (powinien przetrwać bez szwanku 30 minut w zanurzeniu na głębokości do 1 m). Urządzenie wytrzymuje upadek z wysokości 1,8 m, może pracować w temperaturze od -20 do 55 st. C. Bateria o pojemności 2000 mAh według producenta wystarcza na maksymalnie 16 godz. rozmów i 26 dni pracy w trybie czuwania.
