Przyszły rok ma być lepszy
Im bliżej końca 2012 roku, tym prognozy dotyczące rynku komputerów są coraz gorsze. Tajwański instytut MIC przewiduje spadek dostaw notebooków. Poprawę miałby przynieść przyszły rok.
Według danych Market Intelligence & Consulting Institute (MIC), przytaczanych przez serwis Digitimes, w całym 2012 r. na światowy rynek zostanie dostarczonych 194 mln notebooków, tj. 0,8 proc. mniej niż w 2011 r. W przypadku desktopów przewidywany spadek wyniesie 1,4 proc. (128 mln szt.).
Zdaniem MIC lepszy powinien być jednak przyszły rok – sprzedaż notebooków powinna wynieść 205 mln urządzeń (wzrost o 5,9 proc.). Jeśli chodzi o komputery stacjonarne, prognoza mówi spadku o niecałe 1 proc. (127 mln szt.).
Słaby wynik w tym roku instytut wyjaśnia coraz większym zainteresowaniem klientów tabletami. Jednak w 2013 r. sprzedaż laptopów powinny nakręcić niższe ceny ultrabooków oraz popyt na sprzęt z Windows 8.
W dużo większym stopniu niż zbyt komputerów ma zwiększyć się, według MIC, sprzedaż tabletów – w 2013 r. światowy rynek wchłonie 170 mln takich urządzeń (wzrost o 40 proc. w porównaniu z 2012 r.). Jeśli trend się utrzyma, za rok, dwa klienci będą kupować więcej tabletów niż laptopów.
