Acer porozumiał się z CDP.pl - platformą dystrybucji gier, należącą do CD Projektu (dawnego Optimusa). Klienci, którzy kupią dowolny produkt Acera w sieciach detalicznych, mogą pobrać grę z serwisu polskiej firmy.
Oferta obowiązuje od 2 maja do 9 czerwca przy zakupie urządzeń Acera w następujących sieciach: Alsen, Avans, Euro RTV AGD, Komputronik, Media Markt, Mix Electronics, Neonet i Partner AGD. Klienci mają do wyboru gry wytwórni Disney i Disney/Pixar – Auta 2, Toy Story 3 lub LEGO Piraci z Karaibów. Termin akcji został wybrany w związku z komuniami i Dniem Dziecka.
Acer to kolejny partner, z którym CDP.pl rozpoczęło współpracę w ostatnim czasie. Specjalne oferty stworzono m.in. dla Virgin Mobile. W ofercie platformy dystrybucji cyfrowej jest ponad 520 produktów: gier, e-booków oraz elektronicznych wersji komiksów.
