Producent wprowadził na rynek 2,5-calowe dyski SSD HyperX 3K z kontrolerem SandForce drugiej generacji i interfejsem SATA 3.0. Napędy cechuje maksymalna prędkość odczytu danych rzędu 555 MB/s.

Dyski są dostępne w pojemnościach 90, 120, 240 i 480 GB. W zależności od modelu maksymalna liczba operacji wejścia – wyjścia na sekundę (IOPS) sięga 86 tys. Prędkość odczytu w modelu 480-gigabajtowym wynosi 540 MB/s, a zapisu – 450 MB/s, natomiast dla pozostałych napędów odpowiednio 555 MB/s i 510 MB/s. Zainstalowany procesor to SandForce SF-2281. Typowy pobór prądu przy zapisie wynosi 1,58 W. Na rynek trafi także wersja napędów „upgrade kit” z dołączoną kieszenią instalacyjną.
