Skarbówka chce blokować konta firm
Kontrola skarbowa będzie mogła zablokować rachunek firmy na 3 miesiące – taka regulacja ma wejść w życie w 2014 r.
Zmiana znalazła się w projekcie nowelizacji Ordynacji Podatkowej. Jeśli zostanie wpisana do ustawy, dyrektor urzędu kontroli skarbowej uzyska prawo zablokowania konta przedsiębiorstwa. Wystarczy podejrzenie nadużyć. Wśród przykładów uzasadniających takie działanie wymieniono np. „uprawdopodobnione informacje” o posługiwaniu się rachunkiem w związku z popełnianiem przestępstw z kodeksu karnego – skarbowego. Maksymalny czas blokady konta, jaki może nałożyć skarbówka – 3 miesiące. Przedsiębiorcy będzie przysługiwać odwołanie do Generalnego Inspektora Kontroli Skarbowej (który zresztą także mógłby samodzielnie wydawać decyzje o blokadzie). Resort finansów chce, by nowe przepisy weszły w życie 1 lipca 2014 r.
