Fixit zajął się serwisem Creative’a
Od 1 września krakowska firma prowadzi jedyny autoryzowanym serwis Creative Labs w Polsce.
Umowę z Fixitem zawarł PowerSales International, przedstawiciel Creative’a w Polsce i regionie. Porozumienie weszło w życie 1 września br. Reklamacje wysłane do poprzedniego partnera zostaną załatwione w starym systemie.
Nowa procedura serwisowa jest dostępna w aplikacji RMA pod adresem http://rma.fixit.pl. Można ją pobrać po zarejestrowaniu się i zalogowaniu. Partnerzy korzystający już wcześniej z aplikacji RMA Fixitu nie muszą się ponownie rejestrować.
