Ruszy polska chmura obliczeniowa
Można wziąć udział w testach publicznej chmury obliczeniowej e24cloud. Zasoby zostaną udostępnione w modelu IaaS – infrastruktura jako usługa.
Właścicielem marki e24cloud jest Beyond.pl, firma, do której należy centrum przechowywania i przetwarzania danych. Z zasobów w chmurze będzie można korzystać w systemie płatności pay-as-you-go, tzn. użytkownicy zapłacą za moc obliczeniową, którą wykorzystają. Np. 32-procesorowy serwer będzie można wynająć na godzinę. E24cloud ma funkcjonować w oparciu o rozwiązanie IaaS (infrastruktura jako usługa), użytkownicy nie potrzebują serwerów i sprzętu sieciowego.
Udostępnienie chmury poprzedzą kilkutygodniowe testy. Aby wziąć w nich udział, trzeba zarejestrować się na stronie www.e24cloud.com.
