Korupcja na wielką skalę przy przetargach informatycznych
Szefowie Centrum Projektów Informatycznych MSWiA mogli wziąć nawet 2 mln zł za ustawiane przetargi – ustaliła prokuratura. Padła nazwa jednej z firm zamieszanych w aferę. CBA ma informacje o nieprawidłowościach w innych resortach.
Według TVN24 były dyrektor CPI MSWiA wziął ponad 200 tys. zł łapówki od prezesa Netline Group. Obaj zostali aresztowani na 3 miesiące, za kratki trafiła także żona dawnego szefa Centrum Projektów Informatycznych. W ub. roku Netline Group otrzymała zlecenie m.in. na rozbudowę zintegrowanego systemu obiegu dokumentów elektronicznych dla policji i stworzenie platformy usług umożliwiającej np. obsługę skarg, zażaleń, zamówień publicznych drogą elektroniczną. Zdaniem CBA skala korupcji wykryta w resorcie jest największą w historii biura. Suma łapówek może sięgać nawet 2 mln zł. Zarzuty przyjmowania korzyści majątkowych znacznej wysokości ma także były zastępca dyrektora CPI MSWiA oraz dwie inne osoby. Cała trójka jest pod dozorem policji.
CBA nie wyklucza, że przekręty w MSWiA nie są wyjątkiem przy kontraktach informatycznych. Biuro otrzymało sygnały o nieprawidłowościach w innych resortach. Wkrótce zapadnie decyzja o kontrolach.
