Salumanus: IV konferencja Dzień Światła
Podczas IV edycji konferencji Dzień Światła, organizowanej przez Salumanus, zaprezentowano m.in. najnowsze rozwiązania przeznaczone do sieci światłowodowych.
W spotkaniu wzięli udział
przedstawiciele operatorów telekomunikacyjnych, dostawców Internetu
oraz innych firm świadczących usługi związane z telekomunikacją. Zaprezentowano nowe rozwiązania przeznaczone do
sieci światłowodowych, m.in. do budowy systemów transmisyjnych
CWDM/DWDM, sieci PDH/SDH, Metro-Internet a także elementy sieci
dystrybucyjnych i lokalnych. Wśród nowości znalazły się systemy
Salumanus 1 Gb/10 Gb CWDM oraz OPCOM-3500 firmy Raisecom. Podczas
szkolenia uczestnicy mogli zapoznać się z nowymi przełącznikami dostępowymi i szkieletowymi DCN,
kompatybilnymi z Ipv4/IPv6.

Salumanus wprowadza na rynek uniwersalny moduł optyczny GBC Photonics, który łączy w sobie możliwości niemal 10 urządzeń. To pierwszy tego typu produkt na rynku. Premiera urządzenia odbędzie się 15 października podczas XIV Dni Światła.
