Komputronik uruchomił serwis u klienta
Dystrybutor zaoferował usługę 'Serwis w siedzibie klienta', przeznaczoną dla użytkowników domowych i firm. Nowością są także szkolenia z obsługi komputerów i oprogramowania
Na początek serwisem on-site będą zajmować się niektóre salony w Gdańsku, Opolu, Płocku, Poznaniu i Warszawie. Usługa obejmuje naprawę desktopów i notebooków, montaż podzespołów, modernizację i konserwację sprzętu. Zlecenie zostanie zrealizowane w domu albo w biurze klienta. Każda usługa jest wyceniana indywidualnie, z tym że podstawowa stawka wynosi 85 zł. Do tego dochodzi koszt dojazdu 1,22 zł za kilometr (pierwszych 5 km bezpłatnie).
Projekt ma charakter pilotażowy. Komputronik przewiduje wdrożenie usługi 'Serwis w siedzibie klienta’ we wszystkich salonach własnych i franczyzowych, jeśli oferta spotka się z zainteresowaniem użytkowników.

Komputronik nagradza swoich partnerów
W zakończonym roku finansowym Grupa Komputronik osiągnęła niemal 30 mln zł zysku operacyjnego i 14,9 mln zł zysku netto. Przy tej okazji firma postanowiła też nagrodzić swoich partnerów biznesowych, którzy przyczynili się do tak dobrych wyników.
