Nasza Klasa na sprzedaż za 130 mln euro
Według serwisu TechCrunch Europe właściciel Naszej Klasy zamierza odsprzedać swoje udziały w portalu za 130 mln euro.
TechCrunch podając informację o zamiarze sprzedaży portalu społecznościowego powołuje się na dwa niezależne źródła, nie ujawnia jednak szczegółów. Zdaniem serwisu większościowego pakietu w Naszej Klasie zamierza pozbyć się fundusz Tiger Global, który stoi za nowym właścicielem NK.pl – spółką Excolimp zarejestrowaną na Cyprze (Nasza Klasa nie potwierdza, że Excolimp jest powiązany z Tiger Global). W sierpniu br. Excolimp przejął 73 proc. udziałów w polskim serwisie. Poprzednio większościowym
właścicielem NK.pl był Forticom, należący do rosyjskiego funduszu
Digital Sky Technologies. Kwota transakcji z sierpnia br. nie została
ujawniona. Dwa lata temu Forticom kupując NK.pl zapłacił – według
nieoficjalnych informacji – 93 mln zł.
Przedstawiciele Naszej Klasy odmówili komentarza w sprawie podanej przez TechCrunch wyceny spółki (130 mln euro), zaznaczyli jednak, że ’firma jest całkowicie w rękach prywatnych inwestorów, co otwiera nowe możliwości poszukiwania partnerów zainteresowanych podniesieniem wartości portalu i wzmocnieniem pozycji Naszej Klasy’.
Według TechCruch Europe Nasza Klasa ma 21 mln zarejestrowanych użytkowników.
