ABC Data: ciąg dalszy ekspansji terytorialnej
ABC Data w trzech pierwszych kwartałach 2011 roku wypracowała 2,1 mld zł przychodów, co oznacza wzrost o 19,2 proc. względem poprzedniego roku. W tym okresie zysk netto wyniósł 23,9 mln zł (wzrost o 15,9 proc.).
ABC Data osiągnęła próg rentowności na Litwie i przygotowuje się do rozpoczęcia – jeszcze w tym roku – działalności na Łotwie i w Estonii. Z kolei w 2012 roku spółka planuje rozpocząć działalność na Węgrzech i w Bułgarii. Być może nie dojdzie do kolejnych przejęć, bo obsługa sprzedaży w tych krajach ma być prowadzona z trzech centrów logistycznych spółki, jakie ABC Data posiada w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej.
ABC Data rozwija również strategiczny projekt rozwoju marek własnych. Spółka w pierwszym kwartale 2012 roku podejmie decyzję o wprowadzeniu kolejnych produktów sprzedawanych pod własną marką. Ponadto dystrybutor zamierza wydzielić działalność marketingową z ABC Daty i przenieść ją do spółki zależnej.

Dokładnie 20 lat temu napisałem artykuł zatytułowany „Sprzedaż beznamiętna”, w którym opisałem ówczesny rynek systemów do dystrybucji on-line. Królem naszej polskiej „wioski” był wtedy, a jakże, InterLink. Fenomen tego systemu polegał jednak na tym, że był także królem znacznie większej wioski - tej globalnej.

Połączenie Also i Roseville sfinalizowane
Also Polska ostatecznie połączyło się ze spółką, która jest następcą ABC Daty.
