Do rady na 3-letnią kadencję powołano Macieja Piotra Kowalskiego, partnera inwestycyjnego w MCI Management, które kontroluje większość udziałów w ABC Dacie.
Menedżer ma blisko 10-letnie doświadczenie w bankowości inwestycyjnej i konsultingu. Prowadził transakcje sprzedaży, zakupu i połączeń spółek w Polsce, Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej, Niemczech i krajach byłej WNP, a także transakcje prywatne i publiczne w różnych branżach (m.in. telekomunikacji, e-commerce, dystrybucji, handlu detalicznym).
W latach 2008-2010 oraz 2011-2014 Maciej Piotr Kowalski współpracował z firmą doradztwa transakcyjnego CAG. Od 2010 r. do 2011 r. był M&A Managerem w Orange Polska, należał m.in. do zespołu odpowiedzialnego za sprzedaż Emitela (operator infrastruktury radiowo-telewizyjno-telekomunikacyjnej). Karierę zawodową rozpoczął w Deloitte w zespole Corporate Finance.
Nowy członek rady nadzorczej ABC Daty ukończył Szkołę Główną Handlową w Warszawie na kierunku Finanse i Bankowość oraz studia doktoranckie w Kolegium Zarządzania i Finansów Szkoły Głównej Handlowej.

Dokładnie 20 lat temu napisałem artykuł zatytułowany „Sprzedaż beznamiętna”, w którym opisałem ówczesny rynek systemów do dystrybucji on-line. Królem naszej polskiej „wioski” był wtedy, a jakże, InterLink. Fenomen tego systemu polegał jednak na tym, że był także królem znacznie większej wioski - tej globalnej.

Also Polska ostatecznie połączyło się ze spółką, która jest następcą ABC Daty.
