ZyXEL: 10-gigabitowy przełącznik
Switch XS1920-12 ma 12 portów 10 GbE. Umożliwia administratorom zarządzanie urządzeniami poprzez narzędzie bazujące na przeglądarce internetowej.
Przełącznik zaprojektowano do modernizacji infrastruktury sieciowej do standardów połączeń 10 GbE. Urządzenie jest wstecznie kompatybilne z sieciami gigabitowymi i Fast Ethernet. Dzięki funkcjom warstwy drugiej (L2) XS1920-12 może działać jako przełącznik szkieletowy.
Wśród dostępnych funkcji jest sprawdzenie lokalizacji, przydzielanie adresów IP, restartowanie i aktualizowanie oprogramowania na wielu przełącznikach – wszystko z jednej platformy. Funkcja Smart Connect w ZyXEL One Network umożliwia wykrywanie wszystkich sieciowych urządzeń ZyXELa oraz większości sprzętu, który obsługuje Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP). Administratorzy widzą np., które porty są aktywne, znają adresy IP urządzeń oraz ich wersje oprogramowania.
Przełącznik wyposażono w kilka rozwiązań, które chronią sieć przed awariami, np. przerwami wywołanymi zapętleniem, skutkami różnego rodzaju ataków (m.in. MAC i ARP spoof).
