4 mld zł wyłudzonego VAT-u w handlu elektroniką

Obecnie prowadzonych jest ponad 600 kontroli firm podejrzanych o wyłudzenia VAT-u na karuzelach podatkowych w handlu elektroniką. Szacunkowa suma strat fiskusa z tego tytułu wynosi ok. 4 mld zł - ustaliła PAP.

Według PAP w 2014 r. kontrola skarbowa zakończyła 157 postępowań wobec podmiotów z branży elektronicznej. Stwierdzono wyłudzenia VAT-u na kwotę blisko 1,5 mld zł, tj. dwa razy większą niż w latach 2012 i 2013. 'Karuzele’ w całym kraju ściga olsztyński Urząd Kontroli Skarbowej. Według jego ustaleń w nielegalnym procederze często wykorzystywane są tzw. słupy, ale skarbówka stwierdziła także przypadki świadomego uczestnictwa przedsiębiorców w wyłudzeniach.

Ostatnio ABW we współpracy z kontrolą skarbową zatrzymała 7 osób, które miały wyłudzić ponad 18 mln zł VAT-u na telefonach komórkowych. Z Niemiec poprzez Słowację wjeżdżały one do Polski. Po serii transakcji na naszym rynku eksportowano je do Dubaju.

Karuzelowym wyłudzeniom ma położyć kres wprowadzenie tzw. odwróconego VAT-u w handlu telefonami komórkowymi, laptopami, tabletami i konsolami do gier. Nowe zasady rozliczeń zaczną obowiązywać od 1 lipca br.
