Konsorcjum FEN rozpoczęło sprzedaż modemów i kart sieciowych w standardzie Compact Flash produkcji EagleTec.
Faksmodem 56 kb/s ma postać karty CF typu I (pasuje do zwykłych przejściówek na PCMCIA), jest zgodny ze specyfikacją CF+, Compact Flash ver. 1.4. oraz PCMCIA 2.1. Jest zaprojektowana dla komputerów wyposażonych w system Win CE 2.0 lub nowszy. Ma sygnał zgodny ze standardami transmisji V.90, V.34, V32bis, V.32, V.22 bis. V22. V.21, Bell 212A oraz 103. Korekcja błędów jest zgodna ze standardami V.42 i MNP 2-4, zaś kompresja z V.42 i MNP 5. Pobiera 165 mA mocy i ma jedno złącze RJ-11.
Z kolei karta sieciowa może przesyłać dane z prędkością 10 Mb/s. Reszta parametrów jak wyżej. Karta jest wyposażona w jeden port RJ-45.
Oba urządzenia są objęte roczną gwarancją. Cena dealerska modemu wynosi 448 zł, zaś karty sieciowej – 188 zł.
