Compaq wprowadził do sprzedaży naręczny komputer iPAQ Pocket PC i pakiet umożliwiający rozszerzenie pamięci, współpracę z dodatkową pamięcią zewnętrzną, bezprzewodowy dostęp do sieci lokalnych LAN i wykorzystanie komunikacji na podczerwień
Compaq wprowadził do sprzedaży naręczny komputer iPAQ Pocket PC i pakiet umożliwiający rozszerzenie pamięci, współpracę z dodatkową pamięcią zewnętrzną, bezprzewodowy dostęp do sieci lokalnych LAN i wykorzystanie komunikacji na podczerwień.
iPAQ Pocket PC H3660 ma pamięć o pojemności 64 MB. W nowym modelu zastosowano mikroprocesor Intel StrongARM 206 MHz i wyświetlacz TFT.
Compaq zapowiedział także wprowadzenie dla nowego modelu iPAQ Pocket PC pakietu Dual PC Card Expansion Pack, który umożliwia rozszerzanie konfiguracji komputera za pomocą dwóch kart Type II lub jednej karty Type III PC. Expansion Pack zawiera również adapter CF umożliwiający współpracę z kartami lub urządzeniami Compact Flash.
