Arcus, wyłączny dystrybutor drukarek Kyocera, wprowadził do sprzedaży nowy model z serii ECOLaser FS-1000+. Drukarka ma procesor o częstotliwości zegara 75 MHz. Nowy model typu desktop przeznaczony jest do pracy z jednym komputerem lub w sieci. Drukuje z szybkością 12 stron A4/min. przy rozdzielczości 600 dpi. Standardowo drukarka ma 4 MB pamięci (maksymalnie rozszerzalne do 132 MB). Toner TK-17 wystarcza na 6000 stron (przy 5 proc. zadruku strony).
Kaseta standardowo mieści 250 kartek papieru o maksymalnej gramaturze 163 g/m2, podajnik ręczny 50 arkuszy. Drukarkę można rozbudować instalując podajnik PF-17 o pojemności 250 arkuszy. Ocjonalnie można zainstalować w modelu FS-1000+ interpreter PostScriptu.
Drukarka objęta jest dwuletnią gwarancją. Na bęben udzielana jest gwarancja trzyletnia lub na 100 tys. stron.
