Arcus pogodził się z ZUS-em za 3 mln zł
Spółka zawarła ugodę z ZUS-em w sprawie sporu dotyczącego serwisu drukarek.
Zgodnie z porozumieniem ZUS wypłaci Arcusowi 3,2 mln zł wynagrodzenia plus blisko 400 tys. zł zwrotu gwarancji ubezpieczeniowej (zabezpieczenie wykonania umowy). Wierzytelności Arcusa wobec ZUS zostaną zmniejszone o 0,5 mln zł. W sumie na konto Arcusa ubezpieczalnia ma przelać w ciągu 3 tygodni 3,1 mln zł.
Ugoda dotyczy umowy z 2009 r. na serwis blisko 1 tys. drukarek Kyocera, działających w centrali i oddziałach ZUS-u. W 2011 r. państwowa ubezpieczalnia zażądała od Arcusa 5,5 mln zł – to miała być kara za niewykonanie w terminie przeglądu floty (co oznaczało naruszenie warunków umowy). Arcus twierdził, że do opóźnienia doszło z winy z ZUS-u. W ub. roku podał ubezpieczalnię do sądu, domagając się 9,5 mln zł rekompensaty.
Według Arcusa zawarta ugoda zamyka dalsze roszczenia w sprawie. Musi ją jeszcze zatwierdzić sąd. Wtedy za całą aferę zapłacą podatnicy.
